Sort By Possibilities

Define the reasonable Sort By options

• by problem doesn't make any sense
• by sequence number is identical to by open_date (use date)
• useful to sort by priority to manage time
• useful to sort by user name (who wastes most of my time)
  but name could be first or last or nick, so use email instead
